Dream Boutique Aparthotel - Krakow

Loved the modern design of the hotel. The location made it easy to explore both the old town and the Jewish quarter. Plenty of light in the spacious room. It stayed clean with daily room service and the towels changed without asking. Friendly staff helped us store luggage after check-out, super convenient. The breakfast options were great for cold items, but I wished for more hot options. A few more details at check-in about our room would have made settling in smoother. While the bed was very comfortable, the pillows sagged a bit. The shower's hand-held option wasn't ideal. A wall-mounted one would have been better. A lovely stay with some areas to improve.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and fantastic, had beautifully maintained rooms. Caring personnel that solved our issue with reservation, everything was really good. We greatly enjoyed a hearty meal in the morning. The location was INCREDIBLE, close to the old town and old Jewish quarter, main square and Jewish quarter, and city center.

Really fabulous base for summer holidays. Clean hip new hotel with caring and helpful staff. Hearty breakfast - variety of meals. Favourable location adjacent to the old town and the Jewish Quarter, the city center and the Jewish quarter, and all important places.

No slippers or bathrobes in the classic room!!! A bit more attention to soundproofing would be appreciated, as slamming doors from fellow guests can be disruptive!!! A remote for the air conditioner would enhance comfort!!!

The room was well-maintained and soundproof with a bathtub, safe plus a double in the other as described.

the location of the hotel was beautiful and fantastic - at a short distance from a fortified hilltop castle. my room included a safe, television, and a refrigerator.

A good retreat in the heart

The hotel's cleanliness and modern decor really set a cute tone. Plus, the complimentary coffee machine was a nice touch for our early morning adventures.

We were disappointed that the sauna wasn't included in our stay and required an extra fee. As for dining, while breakfast was sufficient, we found better options nearby.

Stayed at dream boutique residence for 3 nights. It's a modern hotel right in the heart of the city. Loved the lovely breakfast each morning! The staff also helped us book a trip to auschwitz.

the street was a bit busy. but the friendly staff helped us with transfers, and the breakfast had a wonderful selection. the room was spacious and had a nice modern feel, great for relaxation.

The location's perfect, just a short stroll to the old town and Wawel Castle. Super helpful staff booked our airport taxi and provided daily water in the room ⚡️✨
